Sharabion: Escaping the Debt Cycle
Sharabion ni mobile agent na ako na retail shop in Kisumu. Alijipata kwa cycle ya debt. Alijikuta anaborrow loans, then something else comes, anaborrow tena na akajipata pia anaborrow kupay loans.
Kulipa loans ikawa hard, anadaiwa kila mahali na pia suppliers wake was biz wanamdai. Ilifika mahali akauza vitu za hao (tv na fridge) to pay his loans and keep his biz afloat. That taking a loan to pay a loan was very tough for him, biz take na ata his family.
Strategy for Bounce Back:
Ilibidi change structure ya yake biz, akafunga some biz alikwa nayo ya mobile agency. Akafocus on stocking the retail shop. Hiyo biz ikaenda kabisa for sometime. Some of his loyal clients walim-encourage to stay motivated and rebuild.
Tip for Other Entrepreneurs:
"Kila siku uko kwa biz, isikuwe mtindo was kufungua na kufunga, learn about balancing your finances and having a good customer service. Take some time kureview pale umetoka na pale unataka kufika, hii itakumotivate"
Lesson Learned:
"Balancing stock, debt na identifying good creditors that he can lend kwa biz yake. This has been a key thing for him moving forward."
