Product kuwa cheap haimaanishi automatically iko profitable. As a reseller, lazima uconsider transport, packaging, delivery, marketing na competition.

The basic calculation ni:

Potential gross margin = Selling price − China Square purchase price

For example, ukibuy product at KES 100 na ui-sell at KES 200, your potential gross margin ni KES 100. Lakini hiyo si necessarily KES 100 ya profit kwa mfuko.

Kama transport, packaging na delivery zimekula KES 40, amount inayobaki imepungua.

So, don't just look at the buying price. Look at the full cost of getting the product to your customer.

Note: the numbers have to make sense before you put your money into stock.

The real hustle is not simply finding something cheap. Ni kupata the right product, the right customer and the right selling price.

Start with a small quantity. Test demand. See how quickly the products move. Calculate your actual costs and margins. If customers keep asking for the product, you can consider increasing your stock.
