Investment
Mercy alilipa Kes 30,000 kwa garage ya mtu ndio aweze ku-learn hapo. Advantage ya hii ni that msee haendi shule na una-learn both theory and practical kwa garage. Skills msee ana-acquire kwa job na ukizoea si ngumu juu ni kitu una-train.
Challenges
Just like any other biz, as a mechanic ana-experience these challenges:
1. As a lady kwa field iko dominated by men, she’s often underestimated. Wasee hukua na perception that hawezi fanya kazi poa na ana-end up doing a good job.
2. Kuna days hakuna customers so unaweza ishia home kama huja-earn anything.
3. Ukianza, the pay ni kidogo juu watu hawajui kazi yako. Unaweza-get 100 bob or even 80 bob per day.
Profit
In a good day, Mercy anadai unaweza-make Kes 5,000 – 10,000. Ukizoea job, msee anaweza-get Kes 1,000 – 1,500 per day if uko committed.
Advice ya Mercy kwa ma-youth ni that wajitume na wasichague job cause in her case, she is often judged cause people believe ni job ya men na that ladies can’t do it.
