● Age requirement: 18–29 years old. Up to 35 years for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)

● Education level: Lazima ukue na certificate ya Form 4 level education or below.

● Employment status: Kama hauko employed, ama una-wrok in low-income informal jobs or small hustles that do not provide stable income.
