🆕A Day in the life of a Cyber Cafe Owner 🔥💻🔥 Featuring @[Kastar 🌟]
⏩ I own a Cyber Cafe and i also sell computer accessories. Here is how my typical day looks like! 😎
My all-time alarm goes at 5:00am. It has been my routine since I have been into biz. First thing first I am supposed to take a shower and make my favorite breakfast. I like cooking so lazima nichangamke na breko fiti hivi. So after that nacheck whether my phone has a text or a missed call for the early clients wenye wamerauka. My workplace is just a few meters away from home so I usually walk kitu kama 5minutes. I should be at work by 7:00am ready to clean and arrange everything which was disarranged yesterday evening juu unapataga by the end of the day ume-disarrange vitu.
If I had a pending job I finalize it first before anything else that’s a rule and usikosee client. Computer classes starts at 8:00am to 12:00pm, each student has 2hours for learning, I usually do this multitasking with my job services. Morning hours have been my best time because while teaching I learn new things and also it keeps my mind active and also interacting with students is the best moment.
Nakuwanga na happy hours from 3:00pm to 4:00pm hii time huwa naingia pale social media kwa platforms zenye niko involved and get to know what’s happening. When working I record everything I do be it a service or a product I have sold. This helps me understand at the end of evening how much I have spent and also does the cash I have tally with what I have written in the book. Again after every month I combine all the data in my excel sheet so that I can understand how much I have spent that previous month, again I have an extra book where the items zenye zimeisha ama zenye clients anadai so next stock I will just refer my book na itakuwa easy.
My day ends at 8:00pm and I always have like 30 minutes closing up and planning on what to start on the next day! 💪🏿
