A new scandal: 10 out of 11 locomotives (trains) bought from Spain by the Kenyatta administration for Sh2 billion are lying idle due to serious mechanical issues.

This is after units No. 63, 61, 19, 62, 64, 61, and 20, some over 25 years old were marked as too outdated by experts.
