Am Susan..hey Kevo.first I think you should identify the niche in your business identify what the customers are demanding I mean the quality of earphones and screen protectors needed by your customers.... identify the buying power of your customers I mean don't grow your business to standards at which you'll lose some customers but instead at a limit where you'll gain more customers for example...if initially you were selling earphones @100 and some customers complained of low quality of the earphones get at least good quality earphones which you can sell at least sh.150_200 in which it will be good quality which will satisfy your customer's desire and they'll get at a fair price...also get that new thing your customers keep asking for.
