
As a business person you need to develop good , professional and positive habits; It takes 21 days to develop a habit and 90 days the habit becomes your life style;
My greatest unhealthy habit has always been taking too much sugar in my tea, loving sugary stuff like chocolates and sweets, taking soda with almost every meal and drinking lots of energy drinks and also taking stuff made from wheat.
Two weeks ago I decided to start avoiding taking sugary stuff and things made from wheat,and now i cn proudly say that for 2 weeks I have been "sober"😁 from sugar ,sugary stuff and things made from wheat.
This is where I took my inspiration from;
Find three things in your life that need the most work, whether they deal with relationships, your stress levels, your finances, or your health. Focus first on the one that is most important to you. Work at it just a little bit every day. Always do something to try and bring you towards that goal.
At the end of the three weeks and ninety days, you can move onto the next of the three, then repeat the process. You will likely find yourself making progress without becoming overwhelmed.
