As an business person who runs a technology shop I've learnt one to two things this year and I'm glad to share them in this space.
- I've noticed that the tech market is saturated with competition where business persons are doing everything to keep their businesses running. Which is a good thing. But people have many choices and it's difficult to attract customers. I've learnt that to succeed I need to understand my customers' needs in depth. I conducted a thorough market research and discovered that many people are looking for convenience and security in their daily services.
- I also encountered financial issues to develop my ideas. When I learnt the importance of networking through attending business events and connecting with investors and shared real ideas, I landed in Mesh app and secured a loan that helped me scale my business.
