Check this conversation meshers I'm in a hotel and the waiter is this elderly lady. As I take my tea , i accidentally spill on the table and I get some tissue from my bag to wipe it. At the counter is the hotel owner.
She sees what's happening and suddenly starts throwing words at the waiter commanding her to come wipe the tea.... "Customer anapanguza meza ukiwa hapa ! Ulileta mwili hapa ama alikuja kazi ?" She shouts !
I'm hurt . So deeply hurt. I just want to get up and go bt no. That will only make it worse for the lady. So I take my breakfast , pay and step out of the door...... Lakini hapana. I have to let that madam get a piece of my mind. I get right back in the hotel straight to the counter ........
"Oh by the way I just want to let you know that your mandazi are really sweet. Keep that up. Bt next time , don't shout at an employee infront of clients. It's humiliating. Happy employees means happy customers. You also don't shout at a mom infront of her daughter. Huyu ni kama mama yetu " I say with a smile to her......
She's clearly ashamed.
Two other customers who saw it all joins and supports my words. I tip the waiter and leave. Later , I share the story with Ruben & he tells me huyo cashier hata sio the owner . She's just employeed as a manager in that small café 🤦♀️ How do you see about this meshers?
