The government has announced a major fee reduction for all public university programmes under the New Funding Model, offering financial relief to thousands of students and their families.

"In a directive issued by Higher Education PS,Dr. Beatrice Muganda, the revised fees will take effect from 1st September, and will involve new as well as continuing students.
