Creative people are multidimensional, Sadly the corporate world isn't build for someone like this as you start your career; Entrepreneurship is your best bet but without a mentor to hold your hand, that space is a nightmare. It a culture issue at the very core because it hard to evaluate creativity & the corporate system relys on evaluation to promote & reward high performances. down there creative people terribly fail at this analysis model, their multidimensional aspects push & pull them in multiple directions yet the system expect them to stay single dimensional & be taught, corporate grooming if you may. there is nothing wrong with that only that you will filter this individual out at that early stages of their career as too much, incompetent, lazy or whatever big name you come up with yet you will need this quality in leadership roles later in your business.
