Connect the Epc to a socket using the cable. Adjust the nob according to the time set for the meal you are preparing. Start counting the time from the time it builds enough pressure. It has to build pressure first before you start counting. For example when preparing( ndengu) which is set for ten minutes the electric pressure cooker will build up enough pressure and when it has build enough pressure it will take ten minutes for the meal to be ready.
