
Food combining is really important for keeping blood sugar levels stable and for keeping you feeling full for longer. High carbohydrate meals with little to no protein or fat will just spike your blood sugar and cause you to be hungry a short time later. Aim for 40-50% carbohydrates, 30% protein and 20-30% fat at EACH meal (including snacks!).
