For starters, Samson should diversify his popcorn flavors. Instead of selling just the ordinary salted popcorns, he should try out the different flavors like caramel or even experiment with other flavors to find something that combines well but still maintains the quality of his popcorns. As for the chips, Samson should also diversify on those. For instance, besides potato crisps, he should also add sweet potato, arrow roots, plantain/banana crisps and yam/cassava crisps. To cater to even a bigger consumer market, he should consider having like salted butter crisps or even invest in an air fryer to cater to those people who don't like alot of oil/fat on their crisps. The same diversification should also go into his mabuyus. He should aim to diversify the flavors, while still maintaining high quality. This can also be done by presenting the mabuyus using different colors to represent the different flavors, such as orange, for orange/tangerine flavored mabuyus, or yellow for mango flavored mabuyus. To build an even greater customer community and loyalty, Samson should offer free samples to shoppers who pass by his stand, this will be crucial for hime business in terms of converting new clients. Lastly, Samson should invest a little on his branding. As a small business owner, he shouldn't go overboard, but should invest even in simple but quality packaging, to enhance the presentation of his products. This is because virtually enticing products usually convert alot more sales than those products whose presentation isn't as appealing.
