Nestled on the slopes of Mt. Eburru on the northern shores of Lake Naivasha, O'Leleshwa Retreat is a collection of private luxury villas offering breathtaking views and exceptional guest experiences.

We are looking for a talented and passionate Freelance Chef to bring our innovative menus to life with creativity, precision, and outstanding presentation.

What We're Looking For

✨ Exceptional Presentation

• Strong plating skills and attention to detail
• Ability to create memorable dining experiences for luxury guests

✨ Fine Dining Exposure

• Experience in high-end restaurants, boutique hotels, luxury lodges, private villas, or as a private chef

✨ Adaptability

• Ability to respond to guest preferences and tailor dining experiences accordingly

✨ People & Presence

• Professional guest interaction skills
• Strong communication and kitchen organization abilities

Qualifications & Experience

✅ Certificate or Diploma in:

• Culinary Arts
• Food Production
• Professional Cookery
• Hospitality Management

✅ 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience

✅ Passion for food, presentation, luxury hospitality, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences
