Gen Z represent conscious evolution; you get to define marriage, religion, politics, spirituality & corporate culture for the next generations. it the breaking point of change, yet to those more is given more is expected. If you get this right you will be step closer to individual sovereignty, a conscious state where individual's show up as their authentic self without much influence by the collective unconscious. The bigger responsibility is you get to define the infrastructure on which all this social system are built, a complete overhaul of the old system or creation of parallel new one's since the old generations are still around & it not your responsibility to change them so you let them be & you do you.
