Personally I run a computer services shop So I use a desktop computer Core i3 3.30GHZ,2 TB hard disk and 8GB RAM A printer A laminator A paper cutter Hustle 2: Airtel Money Agent For that I use mobigo device from Airtel Hustle 3: Online shop for discounted Safaricom airtime and bundles as well as converting excess airtime to Cash What I use A Computer that accesses proxyapi for real time notifications about status of transactions on my Paybill number A kabambe dual SIM phone that houses my Till notification and paybill notification line. My android phone Currently using Nokia 3.4 This has the WooCommerce app for order processing and fulfilment Other things I use to plan and do my hustle well 1: Google Keeps I plan my day well in advance and list the list of all pending customer jobs and activities that is my day To-do list. I use Google Keeps because I can sync it with my pc and phone
2: I use a point of Sale Terminal..to record sales. For this I use Aronium on PC Biashara book on phone Another great app I use is PATIKA, This is a POS too but with payment links for debt collection. Example customer akikam kwangu Anunue kitu aseme atalipa Monday I record that sale on PATIKA and set due date as Monday. When Monday reaches I send them an invoice with a payment link that opens to mpesa they need to just input their mpesa pin and I get paid
3: Camscanner I use this alot to scan documents. I prefer scanning using phone than my printer because on phone it's Faster
4: Simple invoice on PC To create invoices
5: Sendinblue to send out transactional emails when one buys from my website
6: Zoho For sending emails.. Professional looking emails. I have used this alot in the last week with correspondences with safaricom 7: Mailbird Aggregates all my email in one place
8:Pesapoint app To sell Kplc tokens
