Here are the steps to follow when you are ready to invest with Kings Bliss developers:
- Book a free site visit of any day that fits your schedule (No charges to and fro the site)
- Once you are on site, check value additions indicated by the company if they are in place i.e beacons, perimeter fence, gate, internal access roads and plot numbers.
- If you are satisfied, you can make payments of deposit and the rest can be cleared according to agreement signed when sales agreement is being signed.
- If you are not satisfied, you can get a copy of the title deed for you to to due diligence from the lands ministry.
