Kitambo After kufanya biz kiac na ikaanza kugrow nilianza kuamini clients Sana mpaka nilikuwa nakubali kirahisi Cash on delivery mpaka day fulani mseh akafanya order ya products kadhaa after kupata akaniblock kabisa na akaendanga tu hivo bila kulipa.Later on nikaanza kuwa very strict when it comes to pay on delivery , hata sales zingine nilikuwa nasare tu.

Umewahi jipata kwa hio Situation Kama small scale Business owner?

NOMA ZA HII WIKI..

Yangu imekuwa Noma sana. Kuna watu fulani sijui Kama Ni "haters" but nashuku they are my competitors maybe selling the same products I am selling in Jumia , so this guy made massive order worth over 1300$( Ksh130000/-) I was super excited I have never gotten such orders in 24hours, hence I could imagine the one time profits 💔😃. The money I had I could process half the units ordered so I had to get to my Friend for fund to add to the units remaining, so that I pay him the next week once the products would be delivered and paid for. But Guess what!! 🙉 Those who ordered , were not genuine buyers they all cancelled the orders same time , so 2 days to ship and 4-5days to be returned, they just wasted My Time.But we move regardless ✍️. I raised a claim and Was given direction those who do that are noted and next time if they will order any product from me or anyone they will have to pay first.
