ENTERPRENUERSHIP SUNDAY!

Am always open minded and ready to learn something new. So As I had told you before and from my profile. I was a successful business man 2019-2020 for 18 months and hit 15000$+ it was my prime years in life , But since I was not more knowledgeable I lost almost half of my money to wrong investment, plus I was suffering alafu nikapata pesa so akili nayo inachanganyikiwa , pesa ilinifanya niwe mshenzi kiac😄.

So After I made a blunder , it haunted me big-time I almost or fell into depression.

But I thank God and myself the work I had put before the business rose it was huge huge. I had a good client based foundation. So I did sales but this time round very few plus I didn't advertise , I was disappointed that 2020 December , since I had big surprise for 2021 but I failed. So for almost 2 years have done nothing just feeding from the savings I had and small sales.

Cut the story short. Yesterday I was contacted by some investors they heard that I was a beast long ago in sales and they wanted to confirm that. I wasn't afraid and told them this might be the second chance to bounce back huge. I had my strategies ,but one of the investors is an engineer and a big millionaire. I learnt alot from a 3 hours meeting with them. So they were to open an office and I wanted to be there , it was to be a big advantage to me and my business and a good range in income but we were two of us , there was also a Swahili lady wako na pesa Kama nansenz , so ofcourse alinishinda 😄😄 but atleast I tried. Huwa siogopi kuattend this Business talks hata nikiwa bila shillingi I go with my ideology. So she defeated me when we were asked what we bring on the table! She said she already had 10 clients , not just clients but BIG FISH in line 😄🙌🔥.. when my turn came , I told the am bringing nothing on the table , but I am the table. I even told them I will try and make annd build a good client based once more from scratch. But they definitely chose the lady! I didn't mind atleast I tried. Thereafter I asked him for advice on how I can achieve more and even more than him. Regarding He is driving one of my dream machines😄.

So I took some notes. I will share all I took so important from the talk. I asked him about sales Business.

He really insisted on a STRATEGIC PLAN. And told me as you do sales create a SYSTEM which will feed you even while a sleep. I told him I have 400customers who I interacted with long ago. He told me if you want to achieve let's say $100k( almost 10million) you will need 10000customers and make just 1000/- from them.✍️ So my strategic plan is HOW will I reach 10000 customers. Will I make it alone? This is a big NO ❌ SO I make a system. I even take my 500$ and look for people in my target population motivate them by giving them small targets and rewarding them with my money.. if I give 500/- per person and maybe I have 100 people this 100 people atleast 60 -90 will have me a client. And in 1 client I owe them 7 client in default so that's almost 400-600 clients and have a Target of achieving that in maybe 4months .. so in the 5th month if you can get a 1000/- in each client you are already in half a million plus. And remember your client base is expanding like crazy because you have people who are now working and very motivated with how you pay them and have you more and more clients..

The Key word I took is a STRATEGIC PLAN.. told me you should know what you want and have goals written down to achieve your target. Break Goals from Yearly ,to Monthly to weekly and even have a daily target.

I lost the deal but I learnt alot! I will prepare a nice article to state it well. But guys have a strategic plan in your business don't just go blindly.
