Honestly, Is it safe to work at a company that does not have contracts, can't explain payments on written paper or email or message. And doesn't say the amount they pay for the job on a job posting? Your thoughts? Because I really do think it's a very big risk in this economy and time, especially when you're planning to leave a current job with little pay but constant and on time.
