1. Pre-booking and scheduling clients using WhatsApp and google calendars- I send reminders, offers and available slits every Sundays thus helps me avoid last minute bookings and keep my week fully organized.
2. I use Pinterest boards and Instagram folders - to help my clients choose nail or inspiration hair style in advance. This saves us both time at the appointment and help me prepare the right tools.
3. (My secret source) Batching tasks- I do content creation, stock check and cleaning on Mondays on traffic low so that I can give my clients 100% for the rest of the week. #hustle huck. #productivity huck.
