I am a youth from mathare slums and currently alot of youths are being killed because most of them wanaji involve na crime when asked why involve themselves in crime wanasema hakuna kazi and also most of them wanaji involve na drugs which has become a big problem so i took up the challenge and decided to talk to my fellow youth vile wanaeza anzisha business of their own starting from zero so i had to form different groups where they come together every weekend with just a hundred shillings its a form of saving and by the end of the month they decide on what kind of business they can start and this has reduced a high rate of crime in mathare. And also they are empowering and mentoring other youths in the slums kuchapa mboka safi
