
I saw this convo somewhere meshers,lets have a look "I tell you my size, you say the dress is EXACTLY, and promise if it doesn’t fit I can exchange. I pay, delivery next day. I get the dress – weird smell, iko na maji at the bottom, I ignore. I try it on, too small. I complain… response is ‘unfat in cooperate "😏🙄. Meshers, surely is this how you address your clients? What are the right ways we should be talking to customers to keep them coming back?
