
I usually engage my clients with a friendly greeting and smiling to attract them. Also i usually make sure while speaking to the client with a low tone i maintain eye contact with focus, i usually explain to them with open gesture like i use my arms, hands to show them products that i have. I walk around with clients so as to have fully view of the product, some are exited and willing to know and learn how i make my products using my skill. My Confidence helps me to explain to then what really happenes give out positive gestures and answers towards thare questions the ask. I also responde to thare questions by noding my head which improves on my body language through business conversation. At times i may crack a joke which leaves both of us Laughing making the conversation and negotiations much intresting. I usually being careful so that i avoid arguments with my customers just to mantain friendly mode. Also i usually assume each and every client who visit is a good persons end up treating everybody with love and respect. Furthermore i usually remain casual and attentive to convey a sense of trustworthiness to my clients on daily basis. Lastly am usually keen not to cross and uncross my legs during the time am talking to my clients, its like that you have legs this will give you humple time throughout the session of conversation.
