
I usually maintain eye contact with my customers,this is because eye contact shows confidence and sincerity to your customers. It helps in building trust and also helps establish a connection with the customer. I smile with the customer : smiling creates a positive impression since it shows you're interested.it also helps in strengthening the bond between customers and I. It's makes customers to feel comfortable to interact with you. I use appropriate open gesture :This is where use my hands to show the customers the products they are interested with,thus I avoid crossing my arms because it can create barrier between the two parties. I also avoid fidgeting as it convey a nervousness to my customers. I use appropriate facial expressions when servicing my customers.This is because your facial expressions should match the tone of the conversation.
