I was standing by the busy Highway of Naro Moru, Nyeri, admiring (with a wide smile of love and amusement) the beautiful view of Mt. Kenya right in front of me. And then looking behind me, I saw a pile of pages lying under a tree. Well...my love for letters and printed ink would not do me anything else, except arouse my curiosity to find out what there was inside those pages. So I unceremoniously abandoned my ecstasy for nature, and went to check out the pages. And upon lifting the pages up...guess what catched my attention at first sight? You probably guessed it right. It was the bold headline in front of my eyes: SHUJAAZ. Oh, Shujaaz! I believe it reminded me something. Or even more accurately, some good deja vu's from back in the days.
I used to read Shujaaz back in high school. Except that, at the time, it was my way of getting a glimpse of what's going on around the Modern Kenyan Youth. Uhh... good deja vu's indeed. There was something however that catched my attention EVEN more this time around. It's the www.mesh.life, boldly printed at the last page.
Okay, forget the deja vu's thing (even if I love them). Here is what I want you to focus on : The Power of Making Your Work Available. In a World of constant evolution and revolution, this is what is going to save your business. I will not dictate to you how you are going to do it. But I will give you some hints from how the great business men and women of the Earth have done it before:
The great traders of Babylon, the richest city of its time, used word of mouth through their messengers (hardworking slave camel riders). Moving forward to Our World Today, their complex counterparts (both in brain and physical appearance) are playing the game across multiple communication media. Whether you are going to do a website, brochure, print ad, social media....You know or probably do not know what works for you. But, making your business available will always create your path to being non-ignorable in the market. Heck, you could not be reading this well-written article from me if I didn't find MESH through their SHUJAAZ magazine.
PS: Attached are photos of SHUJAAZ Magazine that I collected more than 10 months ago. As a website owner, I am ashamed to admit that I admire their way of making their work available.
