
In Principle of Management , we say:- When we you give out RESPONSIBILITY give also equal measure of AUTHORITY.
Like for me I was approached by a guy who was consulting me on how he will do sales esp digitally. I charged him 60$ for that meeting then extra charges was 5$ per product , those which will be sold from my Clients reached.
That evening I created a Page in FB then boosted it with 1000/- and in 5 days I had 76 conversation started in WhatsApp. These are the potential. So I was waiting for my 5$ multiply by the number of units sold. So when I made inquiry I was told no one had bought a product. So I was worried rushed to the office to check his secretary and I discovered she doesn't know how to close deals.. how can you waste 76 potential clients.. if it was for me I could close at least 50 clients and could make me earn more gigs plus atleast 250$.
That's when I told him "you gave me the responsibility but my hands are tired , I got no authority"
Am planning to make a meeting with him again and this time round I be given full job ,like I will be the one handling clients...
