Shorts From Africa has brought together brilliant artists from seven regions within Africa and have tasked them to write, rehearse & perform seven plays of under seven minutes all devised in under 72hrs!
Our prompt for this edition is, “Inspired by the recent protests in Kenya, explore the unexpected connections and stories that emerge in the most turbulent times”
Tonight, artists from Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Uganda, Eldoret, Mombasa & Nairobi will stage short plays on instagram live at 8pm EAT (Kenyan time) on the @shortsfromafrica page.
