PART 3:

Turn the old house into a library/ Museum / Creative Centre of some sort.

The Centre will serve as a memorial for their late father as well as a private-owned museum.

Their late dad had a rich collection of books, magazines, newspapers and journals that date back to pre-colonial era.

In his collection also, there was antique furniture, music players, old music records, paintings, sculptures, artefacts and beautiful wall-pieces.

All these went into the decor of the Centre.

Income Streams:-

1. Visitors will pay entry fees in order to access the facility @100 kes.

Non-Citizens will pay a fee of kes 550.

2. Events that are held in the facility will be charged 2,500 kes per hour.

3. School tours and History lesssons will be charged 50kes per head.

4. Photoshoots will be charged at a negotiated rate.

5. A section for online journals and was also introduced for academic scholars.
