Is it the contractor or the engineers ? My professional opinion ni the culverts are much okay, what is remaining is to do proper hunching should be done and then backfill/raise the road section to level of the culvert using marram on both sides. Whats your opinion? POV: Don't blame the KCSE class of 2015😂.
