It's time we talk about this.........

My fellow age mates let's talk about this common trend of quitting jobs without another job and without any other plan.

I know most of us are yearning and striving to be self employed and independent but if you ain't ready for all the challenges out here, stick to what you're doing ryna.

There is no point in quitting your job and loiter in town all day doing nothing and asking for 10/= and 20/= from every stranger and friends you meet.

The fact that you wanna live a good life and have a successful business means you must go through a learning process and must pay the price, it's not easy coz at times people struggle to even get that salary that you get out there while they are self employed but they still hold on to it and have patience knowing that one day it will be alright.

My heart tears and wails everytime I see a fellow agemates quit what they're doing and when you ask them what they wanna do all they say is that they are about to start looking for another job. And I also feel bad when I see you loiter in town,go to parties on a daily basis,loose focus and become an addict and when time comes that you really wanna start off again and things don't work out, those buddies you were having fun with won't be there for you, choose wisely.

Quitting ain't bad but before you quit have a plan.

Whatever effort you put in ryna will pay off some day but it won't pay off if you don't work. But if you find a shortcut do take it.
