I've realized something about careers and opportunities.

Sometimes people don't overlook you because you're not good enough.

They overlook you because they don't fully understand what you bring to the table.

For a long time, I could simply say I'm in IT.

But that barely tells the story.

IT Support. Software Development. AI and Multimodal Training. Technical Problem Solving. Digital Strategy. Automation. Building systems and helping people make better use of technology.

These are different pieces of my journey, but together they tell a bigger story.

I don't just enjoy technology. I enjoy understanding problems and figuring out how technology can solve them.

That might mean troubleshooting a technical issue, building a web application, working on AI systems, automating a repetitive process, or helping a business improve its digital presence.

And I've learned that there is nothing wrong with communicating that clearly.

You don't have to shrink your experience just to fit into one title that makes other people comfortable.

Your experiences can be diverse and still make sense.

Your skills can evolve.

Your career can be unconventional.

The important thing is knowing how to connect the dots and tell your story.

This Monday, I'm choosing to be more intentional about that.

Not just doing great work.

But making sure the work, skills, and value behind my name are properly understood.

Because sometimes packaging yourself isn't about becoming someone new.

It's simply about finally giving people the full picture.
