Kevin should diversify into another business that can still fit in his current shop like selling of second hand clothes ( camera) i.e tshirts, officials male/female and perfumes. He can also make shelves in his shop and hire them out at a price for people to sell their products from. He can also improve his shop to start selling electricals starting with bulbs also increasing the phone accessories to sell charges and data cables.
