Living and being brought up in Kericho has been alot of experience for me.I have an agribusiness idea ,it might seem awkward but those who live with and around me will understand my point.I came to realize that serious farmers make bulks of money from the tea plantations,now, after observing and comparing it every business I've come across,I realized that buying or leasing tea as a business is the most easiest and cheap way. In the interior parts of kericho, owners of tea plantations lease a couple of blocks for a certain Period of time depending on the amount of money given to them. For instance,10k can lease at least 4 blocks(about 16×16) plants on each block.Well taken care of tea ,yields a minimum of 100 kgs per block,that is,if the block contains exactly 16 by 16 plants . A kilogram of it is sold at 20-25 to the KTDA factories. So what is done after leasing is WEEDING AND APPLICATION OF FERTILIZERS. Weeding costs around 1500 twice until the 6 months are over. Fertilizers are applied once for 6months.it would be nice if you already have it. 100kgs×4=400kgs in one round.a month has 2 rounds, that's 400×2=800 800 monthly,what about 6 months? Total multiplied by ± 22.5 (the 20-25kgs).you will get the total Sum of money earned in only 6 months from 4 blocks.Remove the "less-than 5000" for weeding, fertilizers and labour (pluckers)

The Town boys who does nothing has a lot of money from the 10,000 invested within 6 months without toiling and sweating.!!! Please consider this.
