So last week the lady in photo I trained her personally and sent she is now employed by a leading security company in Kenya. Main challenge is to train youths and do exactly what you want and also when train them they really want to be supported fully even financially of which is a challenge to us trainers and secondly it's a challenge to convince a youth to do security job while he/she was planning for another career
