
Meshers in agribiz, I’ve just seen something painful— A whole pickup of tomatoes going for KSh 1,400, a canter at KSh 2,000, and a lorry at KSh 3,000! 😢 Hii ni hasara kwa mkulima bana.
But now, let’s flip the script... instead of letting them rot:
- Wash the tomatoes.
- Slice them.
- Dip in a salt + vinegar solution.
- Sundry them on a clean rack.
- Package nicely.
- Add branding.
- Sell as sundried tomatoes.
