ACTIVITY

I constructed this building in 2016 after meeting the owner of the land and requested for the Area. It costed me around 150k after everything. Payment of rent was Challenge. Landlord wanted rent ikatwe kwa iyo 150k, something like 25months coz rent ni 6k per month.

SOLUTIONS

It was challenging me coz landlord may chase me away after my 150k is finished. I partitioned the building into 4 rooms, upfront 3 and back side 1,each room 2k per month. All tenants will be paying to landlord including me, so my 150k is still intact, he will be getting 2k extra . If landlord wants me away in future I will be removing the all structure coz I'm still the owner and I paid rent immediately in January 2016. We're working happily 5yrs and counting .God bless us 🙏💗
