Most small businesses do not have a sales problem. They have a "where did that order go" problem.
A customer sends an order on WhatsApp.
Someone notes it in a notebook.
Someone else updates a spreadsheet, but only on Fridays.
By Monday, nobody is sure what was paid, what was delivered, and what is still pending.
The owner thinks the business needs more customers. In reality, it is losing money in the gaps between tools that do not talk to each other.
That is the part of my work people rarely see. I do not just write code. I look at how a business actually runs, find where time and money leak, and build or fix the system around it.
Sometimes that is a simple web app. Sometimes it is automating a task someone repeats 50 times a day. Sometimes it is cleaning up the IT setup so the team stops losing hours to avoidable problems.
The result is usually boring in the best way. Fewer mistakes. Faster work. Clear records. An owner who finally sleeps well.
If your business runs on WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and memory, send me a message. Tell me what is slowing you down and we will see if a system can fix it.
What is the one task in your business you wish would just run by itself?
