2. stock taking is recorded in an excel sheet
3. new stock is recorded in an excel sheet
4. new request is recorded in a book for reference when requesting stock
5. new/finished products is recorded in a book for quick reference when requesting new stock
6. cash sold each day is recorded in a book and also in excel sheet
7. all expenses from the shop is recorded in a book
8. every month all the recording is transferred to an excel sheet for calculation of profits, expenses , bills and savings
