
New year resolutions are a common way for people to set goals and make positive changes in their lives. Here are a few examples of achievable new year resolutions that I am considering setting for myself:
🎯 Exercise more regularly: Am planing to Start by setting a small, achievable goal, such as exercising for 30 minutes a day, three times a week. As I get more comfortable, I then can gradually increase the frequency and intensity of my workouts.
