Not every hustle is ideal for you. Academic writing may be easier for some to start but difficult to maintain. Here's how you know it's the right hustle for you. 🔸You like reading. A good reader is often times a good writer. 🔸You easily express yourself through written word. 🔸You do not mind sitting and focusing on one task for an extended period. 🔸You are quick to understand various concepts. In this line of work, you need to read, understand and connect concepts you have not encountered before. 🔸You have good research skills. 🔸You are persistent and disciplined. Without these, you won't stick to the job long enough. Do not forget that some skills can be learnt as you proceed so do not stop yourself from trying simply because you lack one or two of the qualities I've listed.
