On MPESA line its is very true that its free...some people fall into this coneship of being sold lines ..safaricom Mpesa line is free ..what you need is just pesa ya float na cash...if you have 40k.. considering where you want to place your business..20k float 20 k cash...they deposit for you and give you a go ahead...NOTE: safaricom Mpesa lines are not sold..visit a safaricom shop not dealer.
