One thing working in IT has taught me is that progress rarely looks impressive while you are in the middle of it.
Some days I am writing code. Other days I am troubleshooting a system, supporting a user, learning a new tool, working on an AI workflow, or figuring out why something that worked yesterday suddenly decided not to work today. 😂
But every problem solved adds something.
A new technical skill. A better way of thinking. A lesson in patience. A deeper understanding of how systems actually work.
That is what building a career in technology looks like for me.
Not knowing everything, but staying curious, solving problems, learning continuously, and becoming better with every challenge.
