People say that Al tools like ChatGPT will weaken the creative spirit within us. Do you agree?

I don't think Al tools like ChatGPT will weaken the creative spirit within us. More than anything, they will strengthen it, as we will have an additional powerful tool to expand our creativity. An example of this I could easily use this image below as inspiration for an oil painting.
