Quitting isn't always failure.
Sometimes ni wisdom.
There's a difference between:
The dip → difficult, but there's still a path forward.
The dead end → you're investing more, but nothing meaningful is coming back.
Don't stay stuck because:
“I've already invested so much.”
That's the sunk-cost trap.
What you lost yesterday doesn't have to determine what you do tomorrow.
Sometimes the money, time and effort you invested became tuition.
You learned.
You grew.
Now you have better information.
So before you quit, ask:
“Am I in the dip, or am I at a dead end?”
If it's the dip, keep going.
If it's a dead end, maybe it's time to walk away.
Quitting isn't always giving up. Sometimes it's making room for better.
