Since Sally is selling kahawa and Samosa,I would advise Sally to introduce different flavors of snacks. ie Vegetable samosa,Beef samosas,Beef smokies,chicken smokies and roasted ground nuts.This will make Sally attract more and different likes of clients. Sally should also introduce Tea urn to make his/her kahawa hot all the time, Serviettes and take away bags must be in place because most of the customers will eat on their way.Another important thing is health card, white apron which will go well with county health department.
