So about 4 years ago I decided to venture into mtush business fully and this is the approach I used... I visited Gikomba on several occasions and I identified who sells exactly what I wanted to sell ,tops ,dresses ,and jackets., I made connections and discussed the prices of what I wanted to sell depending the price i wanted to sell them. Over the years I have realized that the more I go to Gikomba the more I learn, and the easier it becomes... Like for example, I used to go to Gikomba by 8 ,now I can go at 1, because currently I know exactly where I am going and my clothes/fabrics (Am into fully Designs NOW) have been put aside in most cases.... You need to do your ground work and let these suppliers have confidence in you , otherwise no one will just keep sales aside for you and they are not sure you will buy... Please go to Gikomba, make contacts, friendships, join their chamas and gain confidence, it’s kinda a family affair...
