So I have this issue here; Jiinue loan. I had a loan last year that I was to pay for 9 months and after finishing the last payment, a month after I get another message that I should pay the last amount again. I get shocked like ooh, I haven't finished this yet? I had planned not to owe any loans so I pay it immediately. I get to start scrolling my Mpesa messages to confirm if I have made a double payment, yes I did make a double payment. I make a call and the first person I speak to tells me I had defaulted and that's wby I am being asked to pay that amount twice, I hung up because I had paid like 4 or 3 days early of the due date. I call them again and this time they tell me they normally don't do reversals for those who gone trained by MESH, but they promise me that the issue has been raised and I should wait for 24hours. It's now been two weeks still no refund of the double payment! I am so disappointed honestly. I have called these people several times and still no refund. This is messed up.
